(About)

I work with startups as a fractional design partner keeping the brand moving as fast as the business does.

Alexandra Mosnitska

I'm Alexandra — founder of Mar Sabi Studio. Over seven years I've worked with companies from 10+ countries — from bootstrapped startups like Remotive, Content Snare, and Amber Engine (acquired by Material Bank) to VC-backed companies like cargo.one — building brands that make them look the part.

cargo.one was ready for the world's top freight forwarders. The brand needed to catch up.

cargo.one had the product, the traction, and the ambition. Over two years, we elevated their visual identity — shifting from broad industry visibility to a premium look built to attract the world's top freight forwarders.

I also collaborated on their Series C pitch deck, helping translate complex growth into a story investors could feel as well as understand.

Rebuilding the website a 250-person conference staked its business on.

Nomad Summit brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and freelancers building businesses without borders — and behind every event, the whole operation ran through one website. It kept breaking.

Every failure sent the same signal to everyone watching: that the team behind it didn't have things under control — and for an event people fly across the world for, that's not an impression you can afford.

(Philosophy)

The work, at its best, holds both the power of the sea and the freedom of the hand that draws in it.

mar

/mɑːr/ n. [Portuguese] — the sea

The sea extends to the horizon in every direction — open, vast, full of what could be. It holds the same power as a canvas before the first mark — the potential behind its emptiness. That potential is where inspiration lives.

sabi

Beauty in imperfection

Sabi stands for the courage to pick up the brush. From the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi — the idea that imperfection isn't a flaw but a quality to honour. The playfulness of the human touch that turns a blank canvas into something real.

As in any good relationship, the best work comes once we truly know each other — but it always starts with a simple conversation.
